Guar gum, in its natural state, is leguminous. However, potato starch is added in the processing of it.
Found in:
* many processed dairy products, such as ice cream, cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream.

have a bad flavor. Dextrose is added in processing to make it palatable.
