FOOD INTOLERANCE – MINE SALT
MINE SALT INCLUDES:
Salt mined from the earth... |
... |
as opposed to salt evaporated from the sea. |
Most processed foods... |
... |
whether frozen, canned or preserved, contain mine salt |
Dr. Letitia Dick, N.D., (Windrose Naturopathic Clinic), who is unable to explain
this phenomenon, has seen patients who react to
one of these salts while not seeming to be bothered
by the other. She suspects “that there may be a
difference in the crystalline structure, or perhaps
the non-sodium chloride constituents in the salt.”
