Following are a few of the substitutions listed that may be used in cooking and baking in place of foods that you may be intolerant, allergic or sensitive to:

1 Tbsp. baking powder = 1 Tbsp. cornstarch + ¼ tsp. baking soda

1 egg = 2 Tbsp. arrowroot flour or powder

Butter = Apple Sauce (1:1) – Good for cakes and cookies.
